PROGRAMS & SERVICES

Three Ways
to Train

Program 01  ◆  Ages 6 → Pro

Athlete Training

One-on-one athletic performance training for youth, high school, collegiate, and adult athletes — plus small-group after-school classes that build the athletic foundation behind every sport.

Training Focus

Speed & Agility

Acceleration mechanics, change-of-direction technique, and top-end sprint speed — built on the same drills used in combine-style testing: 40-yard starts, pro-agility shuttles, and reactive footwork.

Strength & Power

Progressive strength training scaled to age and training experience — movement mastery and bodyweight control for younger athletes, loaded barbell and kettlebell work as readiness allows.

Sport-Specific Training

Programming built around the real demands of your sport and position — not a generic template. Off-season development, in-season maintenance, or return-to-play.

Injury-Resilient Movement

Corrective-exercise-informed programming that builds durability alongside performance — addressing movement gaps before they become an overuse injury.

Who I Train

AGES 6–10

Youth Development

Foundational movement, coordination, and a genuine love of training — building an athletic base the right way, early.

AGES 11–17

Competitive & Travel Athletes

Sport-specific speed, strength, and agility work for athletes serious about their sport.

COLLEGIATE & ADULT

Advanced Athletes

High-level programming for athletes training at the college level or beyond, and adults who want to train like one.

Rates start at $45 per session, with 4-, 8-, and 12-session packages available at a discount.

SMALL GROUP  ◆  AFTER SCHOOL

After-School Athletic
Development Classes

Small-group classes that build the athletic foundation behind every sport — how to move well, get stronger, run faster, and keep going longer. Coached with the same attention to technique as a one-on-one session, in a fun, team-style setting.

Body Mechanics

How to squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull, jump, and land the right way — the movement foundation everything else is built on.

Strength

Age-appropriate strength work that progresses from bodyweight control to light loading as each athlete is ready.

Speed

Acceleration and sprint mechanics — arm action, posture, and powerful starts.

Agility & Coordination

Change of direction, footwork, balance, and body control through drills and reactive games.

Aerobic Endurance

Games-based conditioning and intervals that build a real engine — without making it feel like punishment.

Mobility & Injury Prevention

Warm-ups, mobility, and landing work that help young athletes stay healthy and in the game.

Working With Your Doctor

Depending on your health history, I may ask for clearance from your physician before we begin. Exercise physiology services complement your medical care — they are not a substitute for medical treatment or physical therapy.

Sessions take place in your home or another convenient location. Contact me for rates and package options.

Program 03  ◆  ACSM/ACS Certified Cancer Exercise Specialist

Exercise Throughout a Cancer Journey

Moving your body can be one of the most meaningful things you do for yourself during and after cancer treatment. Research supports exercise for reducing cancer-related fatigue, easing anxiety and depressive symptoms, and improving physical function and quality of life. I build safe, individualized programs that adapt to where you are — and how you feel — on any given day.

Support at Every Stage

Before Treatment

Prehabilitation

Building strength and fitness before surgery or treatment begins, to help you go in stronger and support your recovery.

During Treatment

Adapt & Maintain

Sessions adjusted day to day around your energy, side effects, and treatment schedule. Some days the goal is simply keeping you moving.

After Treatment

Rebuild & Thrive

Regaining strength, endurance, and confidence through survivorship — and building habits that last.

What We Work On

Energy & Fatigue

Carefully dosed activity to help manage cancer-related fatigue and rebuild day-to-day energy.

Strength & Muscle

Preserving and rebuilding strength and muscle that treatment can take away.

Cardiovascular Fitness

Aerobic training progressed gently and safely, based on how your body is responding.

Balance & Neuropathy-Aware Training

Balance and stability work that accounts for neuropathy and other treatment side effects.

Lymphedema-Informed Strength

Gradual, carefully progressed strength training that respects lymphedema risk.

Range of Motion After Surgery

Restoring comfortable movement around surgical sites once you are cleared to begin.

Working Alongside Your Care Team

Every program is built around your diagnosis, treatment, and side effects. I may ask for medical clearance before we begin, and with your permission I am glad to coordinate with your oncology team. Exercise is a complement to your medical care — never a replacement for it.

Sessions can take place in your home or another comfortable setting. Reach out to talk through where you are and what you need.
